Lunar Eclipse, Tree Bathing, Fire & Dip

Join us under the first total lunar eclipse for over 3 years in glorious Dorset.
We'll meet in the hills above Swanage (free on road parking) for a tree bathing taster session overlooking the ocean. Before heading down the steps into a secret cove, where we can all but guarantee a peaceful dip.
We'll get the fire roaring, as the group re-warms around Nature's TV on the shore, we'll provide the marshmallows and lead a short Tame the Tides talk.
The Old Harry Swim Challenge
20th September 2025
Discover stunning vistas both above and below the water's surface, all while championing conservation in this iconic race.
Enter the 5km for a swim out to Old Harry Rocks, before turning back to shore.
Alternatively enter the 2.5km challenge which involves a swim from the beach to Old Harry Rocks, where you'll be extracted by powerboat for an exhilarating ride back to shore to wrap up your mega day!

Join us as we hit the water at first or last light and swimble around Studland Bay. Enjoy an epic sunrise or sunset and sumptuous homemade cake alongside a beach side sauna.
The Wild Spa | New Year Sunrise
2nd January 2026
Join us as we hit the water at first light and be led through an intro to cold water dipping session with our expert swim guide and llfeguard. Enjoy an epic sunrise from the comfort of a privately hired sauna on the beach.
Once changed and thoroughly warmed through, we'll walk approximately 5- 10 minutes to a peaceful woodland, relax as you're taken through a tree bathing taster experience.

The Wild Swimming Festival

The Wild Swimming Festival is the event beside the sea that you've all been asking for. Featuring live music, swim races, seminars with experts in water safety sessions, local food and drink and iconic guided swims with our open water coaches and lifeguards.
With Swanage's limited tidal range, golden sandy beaches and an easterly outlook, Swanage Bay is renowned for it's clear, calm & swim friendly waters. The Jurassic Swim Challenge is a choice of a 4km or a 2km timed swim challenge around the bay.
If a racing challenge isn't your thing, book your place for a personal challenge or join one of our small group guided swims of Swanage's Victorian Piers, Dancing Ledge, Old Harry Rocks or a Hike and Dip at secretive Durlston Bay.
