The course covers open water safety, risk assessment, casualty recognition, water rescue techniques, rescue equipment, emergency procedures and first aid.

Can i book a course at my venue?

Yes! Get in touch with a few details, including who the training is for, which course you're interested in, the number of participants and your preferred dates and times.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes, if you are booking directly for 4 or more people, we offer a 10% discount.

How do you manage safety?

All of our Guides are beach lifeguards and first aiders, all of our swim locations are carefully reccied, risk assessed and led by guides who are experienced in that location.

What is the minimum age requirement?

Everyone attending any of our courses must be a minimum of 16 years old.
