What a lovely weekend! I felt very looked after from start to finish. Rich, Mel, Nicole and McCartney are all so welcoming. Great company, food, accommodation and what an experience visiting the sauna and lake at Corfe Castle! Saturday was perfect in every way, from the sunrise and croissants on the beach, to the saunas, walk and ending the afternoon in a cosy pub. Enjoyed every minute of the weekend. Thank you!

Fantastic weekend. Rich and Mel did all they could to make it a fabulous experience. Plenty of saunas and swimming and laughs. I felt completely safe. Can’t wait for next year!

Mel and Richard truly pulled out all the stops to make it bespoke, comfortable, and as special as possible. A real highlight was the nighttime sauna and sea dip at Lulworth Cove. I’d highly recommend it.

Great to have everything in one place to dry. Gloves especially dried much quicker. Perfect for drying if you’re in a camper van too with less space to dry all your stuff.

A wonderful event, well organised, really represented the spirit of the open water swimming community.

I had the most incredible weekend in Snowdonia — a truly magical experience from start to finish. The wild swimming in the lakes and waterfalls was absolutely exhilarating, and every dip felt like a little adventure of its own. The scenery was breathtaking, and the whole trip had such an energising, feel-good vibe. The accommodation was wonderful — warm, welcoming, and so cosy after a day outdoors. The beds were super comfy, and the whole place had that relaxed, homely atmosphere that makes you instantly feel at ease. The home-cooked food was delicious (and plentiful!), and every meal felt like it had been made with real care. What really made the weekend special, though, were the people. I met such amazing, like-minded souls — everyone was friendly, supportive, and up for a laugh. It was one of those trips that leaves you feeling refreshed, inspired, and grateful. I honestly couldn’t recommend it more — perfect for anyone looking to connect with nature, meet great people, and make unforgettable memories.

Everything was well organised and it was brilliant to share it with a such a wonderful and inspirational group of people.
The Watkins Path waterfall experience was truly stunning. Swimming beneath those falls is something I’ll never forget. It was genuinely the experience of a lifetime, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for adventure, connection, and a bit of magic in nature.

The three days I spent with The Wild Swimming Company in North Wales were absolutely fantastic and genuinely inspiring. I achieved things I never thought I could, and came away feeling more confident, energised, and connected to nature.

The experience was made even better by the wonderful people I met along the way — both fellow swimmers and the incredible team who guided and supported us throughout. It’s the kind of weekend that stays with you.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or someone with a bit more experience, there’s truly something for everyone. I can’t recommend The Wild Swimming Company highly enough — they’ve created something really special.

Brilliant , fantastic , a dream come true ! The retreat hosts are kind and caring . Safety is paramount and nothing is too much trouble . This is my second retreat with them and I will definitely be back for more . A very happy Ali

Had THE most amazing time on this trip it's hard to know where to begin. The swimming, location, food, accommodation is all great and faultless. Unfortunately there is little control over the weather but it didn't stop us. There is the option with no pressure to stay behind if the activity is not for you or you don't feel up to it. The itinerary was packed keeping us plenty busy. The most important point is how amazing the people are. The crew that look after you are so kind, and do go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy. As someone who struggles with anxiety and some health issues I never felt in danger or uncomfortable which means the world to me as a solo attendee.

The group of people that were also attending were also the kindest and friendliest people I think I've ever met on a trip like this which just made it that bit extra special.
